seeing it works for me I'd say it's 99% BTTV most likely. Try loading page without it?

Yeah, it's a bit odd! As
@treckiewow said, it works from the main channel page, but has vanished from Dashboard. What @TwistedCypher33 suggested worked as well, so it's all good. Just an strange quirk, probably from BTTV, as you said! -
Yup, you're right Ophelia, just tried pausing BTTV and surprise surprise, popout is back!
