Ever since i got fitbit Im so upset over my sleep, even tho I understand it should help me fix things :/

I got a Fitbit for me to track my activity on stream days and my either too much or too little sleep, but recently I haven't had much control and now seeing this just makes me sad, but aware I guess! I couldn't live without it now. Take care of yourself too boo
