To a degree I agree, most cases the streamer isn't a psychiatrist for viewers, however believe its a person who is not just 'a friendly viewer', but is a friend.

Additionally, Amy is the sort of person who if they have done it and she hears about it will wonder "why didn't they try talking with me" so at least she knows she did all she could
