YES. My lips are absolutely scuffed beyond belief right now and my skin is breaking out left right and centre. Feel you.
I hydrate it wit masks/aloe/all the good stuff daily and it doesn't work at all. This weather sucks! I want my soft skin back :(

I use this product for my lips (They do have a chapstick as well and I use that as well) and they work for me when I have dry lips, like instantly. I do get like lip skin to peel off once in a while else the this product helps me.pic.twitter.com/7aLMxHFYpN
