I find myself posting about my mental health a lot less. Talking about it less. No worries, I do still talk, but the second half of 2018 has been tough for me, and sometimes I just don’t feel like talking. I’m not where I want to be in life, and it makes for a general sadness.

Which is OK! Sadness is not to be feared. It does leave me feeling like 2018 hasn’t been my year. That’s OK, too. All the more reason to work hard to ABSOLUTELY make 2019 my year

I just wanted to reach out and say: life is hard for everyone. Not all the time. Not continuously. But yes, it is. Let’s do more of what makes us happy in 2019! Maybe put down your phone a bit more. Life is out there. Not in here.

I spotted it but your speech was beautiful and overall like a serious moment so I didn't want to be a dick by replying to such a post with something as "wrong year m'dear"
