Been suffering some nasty migraines recently that have been really affecting how well I can stream 
I think it's cause by technology but I've got an eye test booked on Monday.
Anyone else ever had headache issues due to light/computer screens?
Have a water bottle by your side and drink it continuously during the stream. I usually go through 2 of them, otherwise I get nasty headaches and nausea. See if it helps :) Maybe gunnars too? I have very light yellow tained glasses but they make so much difference!
Someone has just offered me a spare pair of their glasses but I wasn't sure how much they actually work. But if they make that much difference I might have to give them a try!
It never hurts to try! When I used to translate 24/7 they were the only thing that would save my eyes and head from feeling tired and having headaches continuously
