There needs to be a massive tonal shift in the community. Education on acceptance and tolerance. So many of these words, phrases and outlooks that have serious meanings are thrown around as if they mean nothing.
It just feels like people think they are invincible behind the internet wall. Like they can drive by drop bunch of shit and care not and move on to throw another pile of shit somewhere

Absolutely. I've been on the receiving end of it on Twitch. Had a week+ of nonstop trolling, people chatting with and following from racist named accounts. I took a long break after. There's no repercussions. It's throwaway accounts.
