Must admit, I feel the most rested after this sleep that I've been over last couple of weeks. So I guess it's not too bad.

Woke up at 8. Chilled in bed for a bit. Was feeling really tired and sleepy. Took a nap. Woke up just now. FML.

I did this last week
if I didn't have to be at work I would probably do it every day lol -
I used to sleep 11-12h a day couple of years ago XD anything under 11h would make me sleepy lol nowadays 7 and Im fine, but some days
