Dear fellow casters - are you losing voice after long period of time talking? Having this issue lately and kinda concerned :(

I get a tired throat feeling not voice loss but definitely tired. I drink loads also.
I got it sorta hard today, had to talk really low after stream and felt my throat not really swollen but hard to talk :(
