yeah sounds like cpu issue. what cpu you're running?

idk about xplit,but with obs I'd recommend using something like veryfast in advanced presets,just to free some room for the game

I run my XSplit on my GPU for the most part, though? (NVENC H.264) I have a 1070.

hmmmm....1070 deffo should be enough. tried to switch to cpu encoder instead? maybe mods are GPU heavy

Was just thinking of trying the same thing! It's just so baffling to me that everything was fine on OBS Classic.
