      I also go to bed quite late. Or fall asleep late. Nocturnal+insomnia cases :) So I naturally wake up late, hours shifted :(

      think I'm nocturnal as well it's rare I sleep before midnight but need to wake up 6:30, learnt to function with little sleep

      worst of the times, I felt dead all the time and then 10h shifts at work. Somehow managed to even stream in the evening. Crazy

          aah the killer long shifts, how I don't miss 12 hour days, only plus was shorter work weeks (or shifts)
