get some sugar and one lemon. clean strawberries and add 1:1 ratio of sugar, let them sit. once sugar looks wet from strawberries juices, add lemon juice and put on heat. don't let it boil too much, and stir often until sugar is dissolved. then let it sit on medium heat for 5 min

then take it off heat and let it cool. repeat it once more (or twice, depends how thick you want it) and enjoy! I got some jab jars and cleaned them properly and saved it for later (but we finished it super fast). also if it's quite liquid it's ok, goes well with icecream!!
