Try going to the cinema? Nothing makes you pay attention to a film more than paying £150 for a medium sized popcorn and drink and sitting in the dark terrified of contracting a deadly disease Hope this helps hun tb xoxo

I feel this about watching movie/series, it's not that I'm not interested in the movies/series I watch but I tend to always look/use my second monitor to see Twitter/Discord and other things. Sometimes I just force myself to not react to the Discord ping or such but it's hard

I’ve rewatched Twilight and HIMYM twice this half a year already mostly because I can put it on and not pay attention at times as I remember them by heart. I have a backlog of things I’m excited to watch but I just can’t fucking concentrate at all

мне помогает йога, медитации, дыхание, вот это всё. ещё слушать джаз или классику и читать, смотреть что-то умиротворяющее.

even watching a movie or playing a game makes my already ADD induced brain jump around with a speed of light.
Roaming in the nature is the only thing working for me so far, what do I do folks?
