This is an upsetting move, but I'm over it now. My community is not metrics or numbers, they're wonderful bunch of people and whether my discord server is partnered or not I'll cherish them. From today on you need to "maintain your discord partnership" and continuously proof that you're eligible

I personally think it's an absolutely ridiculous move, seeing as it was content creators who introduced me to Discord in the first place!
I know a few people who this is going to hurt. I just don't understand this logic!

1500 people in there... but they rarely talk. It's a hub for those wanting to stay closer to what's happening around my content. Judging by these rules, I'll probably lose my partnership with Discord. Bummer. Cuz the alternative is to chastise people for lack of activity.

I do not have a Discord Partnership, and I am not really sure of what that entails anyway. I was thinking of applying. Now I think I will not bother. :P

I feel like its going to encourage people to cheese engagement. I like my discord small, and my app for discord partnership I even added that I don’t bother people about joining, they seek it out on their own. I’m just happy I didn’t put a discord url on any promo stuff.
