I decided to try keto and yoga and really stick with it since I got spare time during lockdown. It definitely made me aware of how much bad food I ate, and got me back into cooking proper food and discovering new dishes.

I struggled with body dysmorphia most of my life, and gaining weight didn’t help. With me making progress, yoga, meditation and mindfulness I finally started appreciate my body again. It feels great to love myself
