If you can solo a boss I dungeon - good for you. It's just as rewarding to beat it with friends. I just wish a lot of content wouldn't be balanced around the top 1% of elite players, using their single combination of "BiS" sets. Let me use Mad Tinkerer or Red Mountain gdi

You want to use Tinkerer or RM then by the eight use them! All content can be cleared with any combination of sets. These BiS players only use them for speed/no death runs. Play the game your way. If that’s BiS then awesome, if it’s your own build, even better!
