if you can ask a doc about it they might run some better tests and see what you're lacking, and then propose which vitamins to take based on that!

I’m afraid of getting blood taken I have a phobia of needles but I’ll see! Last time I got tested I had mild vitamin D deficiency so I don’t think it’ll hurt

I feel you :D I'm fine with blood taken from my finger but from my veins I faint, idk why! I'm not afraid of blood and needles :D

Ye that how I found about it. Was at a doctors and had my blood checked for something else. They where like "hey your vitamin D levels are reeeally low! Take these supplements please"
