Ah I'm pretty sad to learn my @TwitchCon classroom session was declined
I had plans to team up someone for a talk on building relationships with PRs and CMs.
It's an important topic and I was really hoping to share some insight!

The classroom session was all about: •How to intro yourself and your channel •Important stats and how to use them •How to pitch content ideas •How to request code •Commonly used industry terminology •Important Do’s and Don’ts •What PRs/CMs look for

We wanted it to be a classroom session because we wanted it to be educational, as opposed to a panel which is more of a discussion. We wanted creators to walk away with a knowledge and an insight they can apply to their work and their channel.

There are so many little bits of information that can help. When people DM/email they don't realize that including links to their channels, a contact email or even their name it helpful. Simple things can really help, it's knowledge I want to share but it's a big topic.

If you're a creator/streamer of any size would this be useful to you or someone you know or am I totally off the mark? I'd love to hear if you think it would be useful or even the type of stuff you wish you knew when you were getting started! ^^

I’m fuming. It’s probably the most important information for many in their streaming career. Not impressed by their choice of declining at ALL.
