I meditated every day no matter what - on the plane, travelling, staying at friends, after long days at events. Sometimes my body wanted to just go to bed but I set aside time every single night and I don’t regret it. Sleep, mood, brain, thoughts - all changed for better

This is the longest habit I ever had. This was my 2018-19 New Year resolution (as I tried getting back into meditation a lot last year) - to meditate every day of 2019. I think I’ll add it to 2020 New Year resolution list
