oh fr I take zinc and vitC daily anyway, might have to get a wee bit more aggressive now
I use the tablet that you put in water and it gets fizzy, just found out there's berries taste and it actually is manageable (orange one made me want to vomit :X )

I have fizzy good make feel nice also yes but it's like basically a lemsip equivalent so it goes into hot water
