Vitamin C! Honestly the only thing that keeps Purple Plague away from me this year D: several of us started to get it, all blasted away by Vit C!

oh fr I take zinc and vitC daily anyway, might have to get a wee bit more aggressive now

I use the tablet that you put in water and it gets fizzy, just found out there's berries taste and it actually is manageable (orange one made me want to vomit :X )
