Oh dear, this sounds like an unfortunate experience. What bus number has this occurred on? ^PA
@arrivaessex why am I paying full price tickets when your busses never show up? And when they do, there’s trash all OVER the floor.
Waiting in this sun for 30 min for no show is not great. At least with trains we can get a refund.
