Yesterday jetlag made my brain think my notepad was a mirror. I got confused it didn't reflect me back. Today jetlag gave me major anxiety. It is funny that for all these years, one of things that calms me instantly is Morrowind soundtrack. I dunno what's about it.
I think it's a combination of wind and string instruments that does it. It's like a musical comfort blanket.
