I got fed up of seeing my timeline full of it so I stopped tweeting when going live (except for special occasions or new games) and I've noticed no negative impact. Stats have gone up, infact! Just something for other streamers to consider.

I'd been wondering for a while if there was actually any point to posting them, because I haven't noticed much *increase* in viewers from doing it. This gives me more food for thought!
I started doing it only for some big events/important streams. I have forgotten to tweet several times and asked people in my community and haven't noticed much change.

Same here I just do it now and again. Not much need to do it religiously (which I did for about 2 years!)
