1. Hedi blocked us. 2. she does't have proof, She can shame us live on stream all she wants the DCMA will stick, and we will re-file a new one again if she re-upload as she claims.

DMCA claims give you 24h ban. That means automatically it lifts once 24h is hone. Any user can keep uploading content all they want, but if original claimant keeps on pursuing DMCA it might get them user into trouble again.
