Question for other streamers out there. How many days a week do you stream? Do you take days off? I'm curious how much it's actually beneficial to be live 6 or 7 days a week. Would love to hear your thoughts! (For reference I stream 6 days a week about 6 - 8 hrs a stream)
I think at least 2 days off are important because you'll spend 1 day working on off stream stream work anyway :D I'm nowadays taking one day of weekend as no pc day. Not even turning it on, it has helped so much with getting time for myself

Yeah I definitely agree with you. Have to have that one day to work off stream and possibly another just to recharge. I've always struggled with finding a balance.

Try taking a complete break from everything on one day. I try limit my socials on that day too, definitely brings some sanity back to life haha

Oh man, I agree with this SO HARD. I used to think one day was enough but I always just ended up working and thinking about work the next day. Now... I can work one day and actually be excited to relax the next day.
