After 2 weeks of @bt_uk not even trying to provide service I paid for I switched for @virginmedia who were lovely and fit me in very last moment for 1st of April. Until then, no internet sadly :/
Good thing though I’ll have triple the speed than BT had, and for cheaper price 
They already did so many times and didnt fix anything over 2 weeks of phone calls and dms, I dont even care about their trash service
