After 2 weeks of @bt_uk not even trying to provide service I paid for I switched for @virginmedia who were lovely and fit me in very last moment for 1st of April. Until then, no internet sadly :/
Good thing though I’ll have triple the speed than BT had, and for cheaper price 
I miss you all and it’s as frustrating for me as for you 
but we’ll throw a major party for the return stream and it’ll be epic!
