I’m sorry you’re having internet problems
but I’m glad you’re getting it resolved by switching over and getting a better deal out of it.
I’ve been with BT Broadband for several years now with no major issues but I guess I’ve just been lucky.

@bt_uk now slides in those DM's to offer you service...because all of a sudden now they can. -
They already did so many times and didnt fix anything over 2 weeks of phone calls and dms, I dont even care about their trash service

@virginmedia are worse :/ least they was for me. They throttled the highest 10% users in the area and to my knowledge they still do throttling probs not as bad as they used too. Definite something to look into though -
This. VM speeds are great until they throttle you which will happen regularly if you're streaming.
