Really REALLY disappointed with @bt_uk . Were supposed to have internet last week - nobody showed up. Rescheduled without notifying us for Monday.
Man comes today to tell me BT sold us a line we can’t use
And I wont have internet for another 2 weeks.
0/10 experience.

Have you other means to pay your bills until we get your broadband connected or is BT wifi an option for you in the meantime? We are working hard to get you connected as soon as possible ^ClaireC

There’s no hotspot in the area and I’m definitely not paying you guys extra for it.
