Really REALLY disappointed with @bt_uk . Were supposed to have internet last week - nobody showed up. Rescheduled without notifying us for Monday.
Man comes today to tell me BT sold us a line we can’t use
And I wont have internet for another 2 weeks.

Who need holidays when you can wait for a technician who cant do anything(have to give to him: not his fault) its a businessline? Or endcustomer?

Can only get compensation for business lines, but if it is one then do claim.
