Really REALLY disappointed with @bt_uk . Were supposed to have internet last week - nobody showed up. Rescheduled without notifying us for Monday.
Man comes today to tell me BT sold us a line we can’t use 
And I wont have internet for another 2 weeks.

With bith of my jobs heavily relying on having internet connection (which has been mentioned to BT on the phone every time) I’ve lost several holiday days waiting for man to come around and tell me I can’t have internet. Not the first time BT trips me over, I’m sure not the last.
Pretty sure you can sue for loss of income
Probably should. Its closing on 5 holiday days taken for this now - could have been a good holiday away
