Abnur Tharn tries to use Amulet of Kings in some capacity, together with other artifacts and creates trouble; this happens in Elsweyr since his half sister is being a Queen of Remman (which is full of Akaviri, yay!) and has great places of magic (Halls of Colossus)
whatever he's done (potentially uses necromancy) brings dragon back to life - and thats when his khajiit friend realised, that Abnur fucked up. We come and punch the dragon all the way back (maybe just like Alduin), everyone happy \o/
