Like many, I enjoy taking time at the end of the year for quiet self reflection. I’ll share my short list of goals for 2019 with you tonight.

reconnecting with friends and family. I had a long lived depression when I moved to UK as I felt like life back home moved without me, as if I died or smth. Good amount of time meditating (using @Headspace ) and talking to family and friends made me realise it's all in my head

We chat more often, it's less painful to call back home and I'm looking forward taking a trip and see everyone in 2019:)
