Somebody who finally understands! Personally I couldn't get past the ummm..."relations" in the first episode of Black Mirror. Glad to know I'm not missing much.
ha! If it's first episode ever, thats the one I watched, and then that was it for me. Yay for shock content, horribly presented and no thoughtful idea behind. Utterly made just to entertain those who "seen it all" and bored of usual stuff. There's got to be SOME taste, man
Exactly the words I couldn't quite find! Because if it had been clever I probably would've continued. And everything I've heard from the show since then seems like its the most surface level allegory.
I would definitely suggest watching at least one more episode. The first one wasn’t nearly as interesting or thought provoking as the others imo. Felt like it was just a lot of shock value, even though I get what they were going for.
I'll keep that in mind. It still haunts my Netflix "To Watch" list.
