Is it one magenta and one cyan hue mask or some more elaborate method? I gotta say it looks like it's real lighting

no! it's gradients set to colour or soft light (i use combo of 2 layers of same gradient but different presets) on top of my usual adjusts and couple of other edits to make it look realistic :D
