Okay Update: I Have Windows 10 Now. I am Returning the Aver Media Live Gamer Extreme 2. I have got my old Capture Card to Work at 60 fps with a patch that only works on Windows 10. I have recovered most of my programs. I have lost a few including ankhbot, so rip your hours :(
With allk this hassle, you need @elgatogaming capture card as it always workes for me and doesn't require to reinstall whole windows/look for patches lol. It's plug in and go.
