What other programs have you got going in the background? Could also depend what resolution you're working on with your videos. If you're rendering in 4K or very high framerate @ 1080p it will stress the life out of your machine
1080p video, not there yet for 4k :D I think my CPU already overclocked. Honestly idk what happened, but after one of "creators" update of windows, overall productivity just dropped

To be honest for now i'd just make sure that all other programs in the background that aren't 100% necessary are closed when rendering and you don't use your PC during that time. But i'd probably still get more RAM though, your 16gb is almost maxed
