Thanks for asking this question. I have been struggling on the mod front and am curious how others choose mods and expectations. Do folks expect mods to be in stream majority of the time? How do folks determine the line?
it's good to have several mods around to have some sort of "shifts". Thik of it this way - they're dedicating their time to your channel, doing it for free. expecting them to be there every day is impossible, so it's worth finding mods that can mod at different times!

this way they wont get burned out, and less stressed on not making it, and you're less stressed if mod suddenly disappears because life happened :D

Yeah, this totally makes sense. Especially when folks stream later at night like I do. I totally don't expect ppl will be there 100% of the time. I think you are right in that setting up "shifts" would make life easier on everyone. Thanks for your input! Greatly appreciated.
