Im sick so always dehydrated. tired of drinking water, so making fruity tea! plus hot tea helps with heat

Well i know tea is diuretic so idk if its smart to drink alot of tea right now.... But yeah plain water sucks bleh

Tea is diuretic yeah, but not that diuretic - the dehydrating effect is easily displaced by the water added to the tea.
