yeah. we had issue with them for 4 months, and they only fixed it because we ran out of contract and told them we're leaving. BT is a joke in UK, they still force landline rent on you
70 pounds a month for 70/20 that occasionally drops and when you call their IT, you're told to go fck yourself lel
