My community is a huge drive for me - sometimes I’m having a bad day, but once I go live and we have a chat and some jokes I suddenly feel better and not alone in my troubles anymore :) On days that I feel like even stream wont help I like meditating and doing small extra bits
Meditation is helping to help your mind relax a lot. It’s also great to look back and see how far you’ve come. Watching others content is great too, some things inspire you to change bits for your stream or make something extra :)

I agree - some people don't want to watch other streamers because they don't want to get influenced or feel like they're stealing but it helps to know how others are growing and putting in the work.

Sometimes its even simple things that you go and be like “why didnt I think of it?!” Also, it’s always good to see what others do a bit better, it helps you to compare and improve. Like, are my alerts too big and chunky, is my audio on a good level? Etc
