I’ve been thinking a lot recently about my own experiences with jealousy and paranoia on Twitch. None of us are immune to these feelings, and I think it’s important not to beat yourself up for having these feelings, but rather take ownership of your actions in response to them.

It can be tough seeing others succeed where you are not. Don’t be mad at yourself for feeling these negative feelings. Just try your best to channel them into something good, or learn from the situation if you act in a negative way on them.

I’m typing this basically as I wake up but it’s something I don’t want to forget for myself. I am not immune to feeling jealous and toxic towards others, but my endgoal is still to treat everyone with the kindness they deserve.

meditation teaches you that suppressing the feeling is the worst. only when you acknowledge it, and let it past, without blocking your mind forever, you can let go of it :) we all feel it sometimes, and there's nothing bad about it if you recognise it and let it go :)
