It's such a shame you can't have a warning about the song and just take down all the clips, highlights and vods. Then you just know not to play it again and won't, at least it's only 24 hours still sucks though. Do you remember which song it was?
sadly DMCA system is not new, it has been around for ages on all platforms. Anything that you don't have license to stream can be taken down with DMCA without warning, it's a gamble we all make by playing music on our streams (and other content)
