  3. This is a big deal. Justices Thomas, Roberts, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and Alito just overturned precedent that had been in place for 40 years. This case makes clear that other precedents set by the Court (ie. Roe, affirmative action, etc) are fair game in the eyes of these justices.
