Couple of comments, from the meeting where this presentation was: The 7 sees an Owl boost because it is through-routed with the 49 overnight. The C and D are anticipated to remain split, but Metro will be making service hours reductions elsewhere to cover the STBD hour loss.

Thanks for the info, Wes. Does that mean they're planning to keep the longer tails for the C and D? Did the Transit Advisory Board back the Route 20 concept?

Response to the new 20 concept was favorable on the meeting, though there wasn't a "do we like this Y/N" vote taken. The way the folks from SDOT were talking, yes, the C and D will remain as they are; the change is Metro will pay for it instead of STBD.
(My guess is Metro is loathe to recombine the C and D because of how tragically unreliable they were when they were combined at the launch. And if/when SLU sees an uptick in the number of people working there again, that C tail is going to be important.)
