That actually sounds incredibly low to me, considering recommended videos are played by default after every video watched (and the autoplay switch always reverts to being on, no matter how many times one turns it off).

Wait. Part of the way they determine content value is by surveys after a video? So they sample the satisfaction of the population that watches conspiracy videos until the end? I could not have read that correctly.

The other issues that stands out is that I don't understand why
@YouTube wouldn't track politics as a vertical like its other channels. It would be useful to know the extent of all political discussion on YouTube across ideology. That's not inherently a moderation issue. - 1 more reply
