In general, I find the "daddy government" policies in which the government restricts freedoms of people to "protect them from themselves" the most damaging and pernicious laws there are currently. Because the government knows better what is good for you than yourself, right? Lol

Main example is war on drugs, but we can fund more outrageous cases. In many US states for instance ut is illegal to order a simple blood test without a prescription. I'd like to see what kind of twisted justification was given for these laws. That the public is retarded?

When we all know it is about control of access. You gotta pay. For the test and for the doctor visit. Taking care of one's own health is outlawed. In the country of the free. Lol.

This blows my mind. If you have a disease, leaving it untreated is perfectly legal. But treating it yourself is outlawed. So your legal options are, no treatment, or pay for treatment. But the government forbids you from treating it yourself. And it is for your own good.

It's not government: We Are The Government. It's Big Pharma spending millions exerting rent seeking benefits into policies & laws for billions. When The People demand more from government it responds & we get it. But we're sheeple & our biggest effort is whining & tweeting.

I dont think so. I'm not talking about drug pricing. I have no issue with exclusivity laws and they can sell the drugs at whatever price they want. But the govt forbids you to buy them, unless you got a prescription from a doctor. That's a different thing from pricing/exclusivity

You can make the case that pharma companies would sell more, not less, if access to medications had no artificial barriers.

Time to suggest something better than CRM's, namely YFM's (#YouthFactorMimetics): Black tea derived Theaflavin 3-gallate (#TF2A) mimics hypothalamic youth factor #Hnscr and protects against aging-associated physiological decline. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1550413120300024 … #Antiagingpic.twitter.com/u86GJz2Mcf
