There are days I say I’m doing and feel and don’t test. But just like the last two days I’ve been checking my levels every hour. Thanks to
@onedroptoday unlimited supply of strips, gives me the luxury to do so. I have found that when I start to track I manage my levels better.

I was really excited to see my levels drop today. They never got any lower than 90 and based on my light to no carb meals and snack. Plus my early morning workout too sets me up for the day.
