I used the app to order. I just ordered more than the unlimited plan allows. That’s when I read through the rules and emailed and called.

You can order 300 at a time. If you are using them and syncing with the app, we will send you more when you order. 300 strips is 10x a day. If you are testing more than that AND syncing w app, no worries, we’ve got you covered!
